Scott Kellar, a resident of Indian Hills since 2011 and a Board member since 2012, is President of the District Board. An engineering graduate of West Point, Scott is a 23-year military veteran with extensive strategic planning and financial management experience from multi-national, governmental, and private sector organizations. He currently serves as the Homeland Security Coordinator for the ten-county Denver Metropolitan area. In this role, he assists local government public safety leaders in implementing homeland security and emergency management initiatives. He is serving a four-year term that expires May 2020
